Dr. Morrison has undergone years of extensive training in all aspects of periodontal survery including extractions, gum grafts, osseous surgery, dental implants, and oral medicine. Dr. Morrison’s surgical philosophy is to provide each and every patient with the utmost compassionate care and follow-up in a relaxing setting.

Dr. Morrison’s Background
Dr. Morrison received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Baylor University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Morrison then went on to complete a three-year surgical residency, earning a specialty certificate in periodontics and a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.

Dr. Morrison resides is Prosper, Texas with his wife and high school sweetheart Shannon, and four girls Skylar, Piper, Ramsey, and Kirby. He spends his free time golfing and chasing around his wonderful girls and their activities.

Dr. Nikhila Alsakani believes that great dental care starts with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, goals, and comfort level, and works closely with them to create treatment plans that feel clear, manageable, and personalzed.

Dr. Alsakani graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2023 and is known for her gentle approach and calm chairside manner. She is especially mindful of patients who feel anxious about dental visits and focuses on creating a comfortable, supportive environment built on trust and education.

Outside of the office, Dr. Alsakani enjoys spending time with her dog, Oliver, hiking and traveling. She values balance in her life and brings that same thoughtful, patient-centered mindset into the care she provides every day.
