Dr. Alexandra Forney Schoenholtz has provided comprehensive dental care at Great Expressions in San Antonio for more than 13 years. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences with Honors from the University of Oklahoma and received numerous awards for leadership, scholarship, and service. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center, graduating with Distinction in Dental Education and serving as class president throughout dental school.
Dr. Forney is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles through comprehensive restorative dentistry, Invisalign treatment, and cosmetic smile enhancements. She has maintained Invisalign Gold Provider status for more than six years and mentors Great Expressions dentists nationwide. Known for her attention to detail and personalized approach, she is committed to building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional patient care.
