Born and raised in Cuba, Dr. Porrata earned her dental degree between 1993 and 1998 and practiced as a general dentist for six years before moving to the United States in 2005.

Driven by perseverance and passion for patient care, Dr. Porrata continued building her career in dentistry while working in several roles within the profession, including dental assistant, office manager, business owner, and registered dental hygienist after obtaining her hygiene license in 2008. Her extensive hands-on experience across multiple areas of dentistry has given her a unique understanding of both patient care and dental practice management.

Dr. Fitz J. Brooks was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. During his time at the University of Florida, Dr. Brooks was actively involved in several organizations and played a key role in organizing and attending multiple dental humanitarian trips to the Bahamas and Jamaica. After completing dental school, he proudly served in the United States Army for seven years, practicing general dentistry for five of those years.
