He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico in 2014 and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2018, followed by a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Hospital in New York City. After practicing as a general dentist in Manhattan, he pursued specialty training in periodontology at Nova Southeastern University, completing the program in June 2024. Originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Dr. Baez is passionate about patient education, surgical care, and building meaningful connections with patients, including providing care in Spanish.

Dr. Jared Rosenstock is a dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, holding both a DMD and an MD. After graduating with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, he earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and served as chief resident at Mount Sinai Hospital.
